Andrew Kingstone, Technical Support Supervisor for Compac, has recently been in Bangladesh, providing product support and training to Compacs long-time customers, Mashiur Rahman & Co.

Andrew spent the first two days with the company at their head office in Dhaka, going over classroom training with the engineers on the first day, and providing on-site testing and training on the second.

He also paid a visit to the new Azmat Ali site, owned by Mashiur Rhaman, which they had plans to commission the following week.  Here, Andrew had the opportunity to demonstrate the new Compac CDM software that Mashiur Rahman has been preparing to use, in order to collect transaction information from site to email back to their head office.

Andrew would like to thank Mashiur Rahman for their hospitality during his time in Dhaka, especially as it was his first time in Bangladesh. During his visit they were able to explain many aspects of the local traditions and ways of life, while travelling to and from site thorough the countryside surrounding Dhaka.
